I wish to make an access request under Section 4 of the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 (“the Acts”) for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form in relation to me, , and my Twitter Account “” (“my Account”).

It may assist you to search data involving my email address, , and the following hashtags: []

Specifically, please provide: a) the personal data of which I am the data subject
b) the purposes for which they are being processed or are to be processed; and
c) the recipients or classes of recipients to whom they have been or may be disclosed;
and
d) any other relevant data associated with me or my Account.

In addition, please provide, in a form that is capable of being understood:
e) the information constituting any personal data of which I am the data subject;
f) any information available to you as to the source of that data; and
g) the logic involved in any relevant automated or manual decision taking relating to me or my Account.

Finally, please provide:
h) A statement, signed by you, in your capacity as Data Controller, that all data associated with me has been processed fairly and lawfully with specific reference to my rights of equality in relation to the protected characteristics of sexuality, race, philosophical or political belief and gender.

I enclose a money order for €6.35 in favour of Twitter International Company. As this is a maximum fee and not a fixed fee, please account for the manner in which it is applied in this case.

In accordance with the Acts you have 21 days to comply with this request. Be under no illusion, should you fail to comply with this request in a timely manner I will escalate this matter to the Data Protection Commissioner for Ireland and, if necessary, the courts. I have provided all of the information required to identify me for this request and I will take a very dim view on any attempts by you to prevaricate or delay in this request on any spurious Basis.
